A wonderful 1940s brooch pin in 14k yellow gold in the form of a feather. This pin has a regal air and the gold has been worked to give the feather a sense of movement and liveliness. Each 'leaf' of the feather has been hand-textured adding an extra play of light to an otherwise 'plain gold' piece of jewellery. Appropriate for a lady's coat or a man's jacket.
