An exceptional strand of natural salt water pearls set with a silver, yellow gold and diamond clasp. The 85 graduated natural pearls range from 3.9-8 millimetres in diameter and have been individually knotted on a silk thread. The pearls can be described as 'baroque shape medium lustre moderately blemished creamy white hue' and are accompanied by a report from 'The Gem & Pearl Laboratory' stating they are natural. To the back there is an exceptional antique, 15 karat yellow gold and silver clasp set with 12 old mine cut diamonds which are each of H colour and SI clarity totalling 0.60 carat. In the centre of this clasp is a 7mm natural pearl which compliments the rest of the necklace beautifully. For added security when wearing this precious strand of pearls there is a safety chain with bolt ring clasp which is purely for peace of mind.
